Error Message on startup

Sequoia 16... Got an error message on startup...

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mfc140u.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.

Tried uninstall and reinstall Sequoia... same result.... Windows 10 Pro.

Not a good outcome when I have product due for customer delivery.

@EricWeber It sounds like your Windows installation is either incomplete or damaged. You can try to install the latest Visual C++ Redistributables from Microsoft https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022
