I’ve got an error message and now my photo story deluxe does not work. It’s frozen and kicks me out each time i try to use it. Please help! What do i do?
I have to make this slideshow for a graduation event and I just purchased this software. It’s brand new. Magic Photostory Deluxe 2022

We need more information:
Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
Are the graphics card drivers up to date?
Is there an error message, if so please post as screenshot of the error dialog box.
