Error in the Photo Manager Database

Does MAGIX pay any attention to these forums? There seem to be a lot of questions that never get answered.

Recently downloaded and registered Photo Manager 16 Deluxe on a 6 month old Dell Laptop. Windows 10

I get this message when trying to identify a person in my pictures. The same person in all pictures. I'm allowed to identify others.Optimize database doesn't work. Do I just delete the data base and start over. How do I fix this?

@bob-gove

Hi.

These forums are a user to user resource; Magix staff do not routinely read the posts, so a response to a question posted here is almost always dependent on another user being able to answer it.

However, your problem is clearly one which suggests a very specific difficulty with one part of a Magix program. I think you would be well-advised to raise a support ticket at http://support.magix.com to include all the information you have posted to this thread.
