Error connecting to content library?

Hi,

I'm using Magix Music Maker 12 Deluxe and have previously used the online media store often with no problems.

For weeks now, however, I try to connect and get the following error:-

Error while communicating to the Magix Online Content Library.
Maybe there is no internet connection.

Support information:
Unspecified Error

MSXML error

0x80004005, mmdb.cpp, 223

Obviously, I have a working internet connection, and I have had no problems whatsoever in the past.

Can anyone tell me the problem?

I am having the same problem with Magix Edit Pro 11. What is with Magix support. If they don't care enough to answer questions their customers are having how can they expect us to upgrade & give them any more of our money. I am fed up with Magix suppoert. I upgraded to 14 & had tons of problems & they didn't help. so I continued with 11. Now I have had to re-install & can't acces the online material that I have already paid for!!!!

Hey guys.. I did quite a bit of research online and what I did find was the website that Magix uses for the online media. I havent tried to purchase any of the media online this way yet where as I use to be able to click on the tab in the software.... but this may work this way by going directly to the link.......
I had to register log in and such. But go to the website and that should help.

This problem is not getting answered, nor is there any evidence that any of the Magix team is looking into it.

Can Magix do a little more than sit back, please?

unable to connect web site to purchase fades ect.

i have a good intenet connection.
