I reformatted my pc and had to reinstall Vegas Pro 17, but after reinstalling its asking me for a serial number, which i entered and tells me its already registered to another email (Error Code 24). Its my email! i cant seem to deactivate it to be able to reactivate it?? i guess?? idk the magix support thread is just a circle of threads that don't do anything , but give you a head ache. Send help!
