I bought Vegas 14 Movie Maker on Ebay; sold as new and sealed and it appeared to be new and factory sealed. I registered it successfully with MAGIX and edited my first video. When I tried to render it, I got "Error code:-24" "This serial number has been registered to another email address" I don't know how to resolve this. MAGIX has this other "email address" and I don't. How do I get this problem resolved?
