Error Code -1

Hi,
I've been using movie edit pro 15 plus for the last few months without a problem. The other day when i started it, it recommended an automatic update which i agreed to but now I cannot open the programme at all. I get an message saying the programme could not be started, the installation folder may be damaged and reinstalling may fix it. I've reinstalled it but I still get the same message. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi siobhan,

try de-installing, but do so correctly, via add or remove program under control panel. Then restart your computer in Windows Safe Mode, which will make sure that nothing gets in the way of a clean installation. Hopefully that will solve it for you.
The update in and of itself is fine, so maybe something got freaked on your system/ or the installation. See how you get on.
