Hey guys, I need some help

I purchased Movie Studio 15 (which I think is technically Vegas Pro 15?) from the Humble Bundle. Recently i've been getting an error:

Error 59 - There is no Licence to run the software

I've looked this up and apparently this has been an issue since Vegas 14 back in 2016 and so far theres been little to no resolution on how to solve it. I've looked everywhere for any advice and the support site isn't even loading for me for Magix

Can anyone throw me some info on what's going on? I've been having issues with almost every single Movie editor/maker I've gotten and it's been really trying...and I don't even know where to start to troubleshoot this. The program won't even launch after the dialogue comes up.

Music Maker I also got apart of the bundle still works fine but Movie Studio doesn't.

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 950m graphics card
