Hello, welcome

Follow the error instructions, and use Revo uninstaller, make sure windows software is up to date, reboot pc and try to reinstall.

Update Magix software.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You have posted to a thread about Magix Photo and Graphics Designer. Is that your product? If so, have you tried the remedy in the error message?

If P&GD is not your product, please create a new thread in the correct product area and please remember the Community rules which forbid "coarse language", hence my editing of your post!
