When I paid to update my software I received a new Serial Number. I deactivated my program, closed it, opened it again, and then it asked for my Serial Number and email address. I get an Error -24 saying my program has already been registered with a different email address, but I know my email address is correct. How can the software already be registered to ANY email address if I a few minutes ago I de-activated it. What is the usual procedure to solve the Error -24 message? Thanks.
