When I upload a video for a new project using my VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum (I have windows 10), I get an error message saying "this serial number has already been registered to another email address". It will let me upload photos but no videos. What do I do to fix it, I just bought this software yesterday at Best Buy and I am very unhappy with it!
