erasing part of a image

Hi when I paste a image on top of another image can I delete some of the top image to revile the underlying image in Photo Designer 7, Also thanks very much for your last answer.

I am not sure if I understood you correct. But I would say yes.

I try to explane it easily: Load Image 1, load Image 2 (new picture - NOT in the same!). Go to Image 2, now use one of the tools to cut out the parts that you want to use (e.g. lasso). This might take some time, try again and again. Than copy this part (menu), change to Image 1, insert as object. Now you can also cut out more parts from this object.

The basic idea is that you use one picture as backround and parts from the other as object...
