It seems some telephone number have been changed on the website.
Therefore, it is better to send a message to customer support with your problem and request them you need to talk by phone and surely you will get.
Don not forget to mention your country and section you need to talk with.

Well i tried the US but as you can imagine the price of the call i ask about any helpline and yep she put me on hold i have sent emails to verius people and they have replyed back but every other country has support but not the UK and they are realy pluging there new DJ package at the moment i have asked for a UK support helpline and all they do is give me the same number which answers in German this is the number
Sorry to know about your trouble. Have you tried to write to US Magix customer support if not so far then why not give a try.
I can understand calling by phone and someone ask you to hold on how painful this is . I have this kind of experience when I called from Japan to other country not for Magix and they put me on hold.
I wonder why UK support do not have that service strange?

wel yep they have changed the numbers all they have done is alter the page the numbers are the same i was hoping some one on here would see the problem from magix but it looks like they don't look at this i have emailed them and all they did was refer me to the support page you no the one that we have to pay for we pay enough for the software what about a free support come on magix get the UK support sorted out or get some one at least to answer the phone in english
