Installation followed in all steps, no problem. receiving picture and sound from the VHS to the viewer on the PC, no problem. Starting to edit, following message appears: ...My Record\Recording - 0001.mpg` is empty!

What could possible be wrong? There is nothing to edit. I have tried to load other videos from the PC, not from the VHS, no problem, but it is the transfer from the VHS I don't get.
