Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

Without knowing anything about your website, especially which software was used to create it, I wonder whether you cannot simply create a link to the gallery page(s) and place that link in your website?

@RogueTwo

Hi

We need more information :-

  1. Is the online gallery already or will be part of the website and you just want to add images from it to additional pages of the site.
  2. How many images are to be embedded in thewebsite?

  3. Who is the website hosting provider ?

  4. Is it accessed through a domain name or http://username.magix.net/ ?

  5. Is the Magix Online gallery accessed through a domain name or the http://username.magix.net/ ? If a domain name is it the same as in 3?

I am using the Magix Online World hosted gallery.

1. The gallery is made with 3 albums, but no pictures loaded up yet.
2. Maybe a few hundred web optimized pictures at most for fast loading times for visitors.
3. Magix is the host for the gallery.
4. It is a magix.net account, included domain is not selected yet, just using a username for now.
5. I'm using 1Dollar web hosting, cool place, it works fine.

I could just link to the gallery, but I just wanted one album to be showing, so I'm guessing I'll have to delete the other two albums to make this work. If the album could be embedded, I have absolutely no problem with a Magix logo showing up on the page since the gallery is really their property.

Hi

Thanks for the information.

Just to clarify - are you building the website using the website builder on 1Dollar web hosting?

. . . . I could just link to the gallery I just wanted one album to be showing . . . .

While not the best solution this would certainly be the easiest - you should be able to link direct to a particular album, although this may also give viewers access to the other 2 albums. For ease of return to the website the link to the gallery should open in a new tab or browser window and should be made clear that this will happen and closing the tab/window will return the user to the website.

The best solution would be to incorporate the images directly into the website, then everything is in one place - if the program you are using to build the website has this capability, eg Xara Web Designer Pro this has its own gallery components.
