Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, please do not post the same question twice. I have hidden your other post, to avoid confusion for any other user who wishes to help you.

Then, what is the product??? Without that information we really are going to be guessing!

Given all the above I am going to guess that the following process might help you:

  1. Go to your Magix Account, log, go to My Products, find the product you have just purchased and click on the option to "Deactivate" it.
  2. Then try again to install and register the product.
