editing questions on slide show on Movie Edit Pro 14

I am working basically with still photos doing a slide show on Movie Edit Pro 14. I would like to find the proper effect" to use to make the camera zoom in to the photo but not too close up. Is there a special effect that will do this? I see the zoom in from bottom, from top, etc. but is there any way to control it from not getting too zoomed?

Also, what is the best way to separate a few songs and to move them to different spots on the slideshow as not to disrupt the rest of the show that I've worked so hard on?

Any help here?

Instead of using the pre-definded zoom-effects from Effects you could try Movement instead. Here you can adjust the amount of zooming etc. If you have MEP 14 Plus, Keyframe Animation give you 'endless' possibilities. (without Plus, I think it is called Curves.) Right-click in the photo to see choises. Zoom-effects from Effects can be further adjusted with Keyframe animation. You neen some experimentation to understand Keyframing.
