Editing GoPro Cineform H.264 recordings

My recordings are generally 1 hour 20 minutes in length.  using several GoPro cameras I require these clips to be syncronized and stitched together seamlessly.  What is the best way, using Magix products to take the camera data, without using GoPro Studio editer, and stitch these together to make a seamless clip. Of coarse, maintaining all the controls that come with Cineform.
