The Dynamic Titles have very limited editing options for font, colour, size etc however both of your requirements are possible.
To move the Title object use fx, View & Animation and either drag the title object in the Preview monitor to the position you require or enter new values in the Left and Top boxes of the dialog.
The only way to 'change the font size' is to use the Width, Height options in the above dialog.
To change the length of the Title display time use fx, Image Optimisation, Speed and a enter the length required in the Length box - note the length units are hours:minutes:seconds:frames (hh:mm:ss:ff)
