DVD player cannot read Disc

I created a slideshow and burned it successfully. I burned it to a DVD-R disk but both of my DVD players (and my computer) cannot load the disk. I tried it four times using 4 different types of disks. All were scratch free and blank. I have used other slideshow programs with no burning issues in the past. I am using Windows 11.

Hi

. . . . I created a slideshow and burned it successfully. I burned it to a DVD-R disk . . .

Did you use the Photostory disc creation feature, if so which option did you select DVD, Blu-Ray or AVCHD?

What make are DVD-R disks?

Are the player DVD only or Blu-Ray/DVD players?

I selected "DVD" for the Photostory disc creation feature. I tried burning it 3 times.....once on a blank Memorex DVD - R and twice on blank Sony DVD +RW discs. I tried playing them in two different DVD only players. I have used these types of disc with other slideshow software with no problems. You can clearly see there is data on the DVD. I can see the folders that were created for the slideshow to function.
