Hi,
Your question is a little vague. I might need a bit more detail. Copy and pasting are easy within the same arrangement (see end for cut and paste). Simply highlight the desired track and copy (CTRL + C) and then paste it (CTRL + V) You can also simply hold the CTRL key and drag a track - it will drag a copy to a new location.

If you want to copy to a new arrangement - Magix falls VERY short. The easiest thing is to simply delete the undesired tracks and save the arrangement as a new name - then complete your new song. You can also save each track as a .wav and then drag it into a new arrangement.

If you only want a portion of a recording; place the start marker on the desired location and press T on the keyboard. Then place the marker at the end of the same section and repeat. That will splice out a section of your recording... perhaps the "CUT" you were looking for.

Let me know if that's what you were asking,
Justin

If you are trying to copy a certain track/verse to place in a different position of your song you can do this:

1. Goto the track/verse that you want to copy.

2. Position your mouse over the top left of the verse(s) you want to copy until you see the arrow pointer. Then left click and drag your mouse until you see a dotted line box. Then move your mouse over the verse(s) you want to copy until the dotted box is around it then release (the verse(s) or section you want to duplicate should be in orange now).

3. Goto top menu and press copy

4. Position the start line (the red arrow vertical red line on very top of column) where you know you are going to paste or a message will pop up saying you are going to paste over another verse.

5. Then go to the position where you want to paste and press paste on top menu. If you want to also copy it to multiple positions just go to the different positions and click paste again.

Remember to move the red start arrow to where you are pasting.  If you screw up press undo. If not then save your work and move on.
