why is that everytime I work on my arrangement field it freezes, give warning signs of "dummy dummy dummy", access violation, unknown stoppage of program, restart of my computer; when I go to save, it won't come up although , edit, effects work, blocked out portions of the field in black............................

mmm17 premium doesn't seem to have upgrades, yet when I checked on the internet there is a 17.0.2.6 or something or other

my computer doesn't seem to have a virus and short of taking it back to the store I have tried to figure this thing out.

I would try reinstalling your program. That sorted out a lot of bugs for me

I thought of that, and I've done that at least once and ended losing a few of my songs, I even tried reinstalling my soundpackage, but #1 was found to be corrupted somehow and the program won't let me reinstall. At this time I have figured out some of my issues, and for the time being I'll let it alone as long as I can work in my arrangement field, which was for awhile giving me problems...thank you for your input....

well, it sounds like there is definetly something wrong with your program. i would do one of these things:

a. taking it back and exchanging it for a new one

b. search the web for answers, there may be other sites that can help

c. update it

d. make sure that it is a legal copy

e. get a new computer
