Dropped notes in mp3 export with Samplitude 2014

After I export my song to mp3 or wave format, I notice some of the midi bass notes are missing. They seem to be randomly just not there. I have tried re-doing the midi editor, starting over with a new project, and even uninstalling and reinstalling Samplitude Music Studio 2014 but still notes end up missing.

Update: The problem goes away when I change the tempo of the song from 90 bpm to 92 bpm or some other tempo. Incidentally, when I exported the midi file as a midi file, the notes played properly even at 90 bpm. It is only when I export the song to mp3 or wave that I lose notes. I guess I can't do any songs at 90 bpm. Strange.
