Hi

I am guessing you have the 64bit version of Windows 7.  To check this right click  Computer on the Start menu and click Properties

The window that opens will tell you which version of Windows 7 you have and if it is 32 or 64bit.

You can download  the correct driver (32 or 64bit)  for the USB device here

Mange tak, det har jeg nu gjort - hjælper ikke.

Jeg tror, det kan være mit WebCamera, der er i vejen.

Input er deaktiveret.

Moderator translated: Thank you, I have now done - does not help.

I think it may be my webcamera that is in the way.

Input is disabled.

Hi Annette

Is your computer a laptop with a built in web camera?

Try these:

1.  If the USB device input is disabled, click on Control Panel, Device Manager locate the USB device - it will probably be in the Sound video games controller section, right click it and enable it if it is disabled.  Start Movies on DVD and see if it is now available.

If this does not work then:

2.   Try disabling the web camera on your computer from Control Panel, Device Manager - may be under Imaging Devices, right click it and disable it. (You can enable it again later if you need to. Start Movies on DVD and see if the USB device is now available.

Thanks for the answers.
I have downloaded the driver and disabled webcameraet.
I go into the Magix program writes: No devices blevet tourd in your system.
I have a desktop computer without the camera, can I download Magix VHS8 two DVD movies on it instead? What is the cost. I remove it on my laptop. Windows7 64 bit
Yours sincerely,
