When I try to burn my video to DVD using Movie Edit Pro 14 it always gets to the end and then errors out with an 'internal process error' that says drive not fully supported.

I have a DELL XPS system with a dual layer burner that is TSST corp DVD +-RW TS-H653F

If this is not supported then I need to return the software. Any help would be appreciated.
