I am trying to download Pro 15.1, for which I have a valid license.
When I go through my list of projects, it's listed, and shows 1 of 2 instances used, but does now have a download link.
I've gone through several paths, and it keeps coming back with no installation option, and downloading off the main page gives me a "invalid license" (so I assume for the wrong version.)
Any idea what to do?
Where are you downloading it from? Your user account on Magix.com?
I think sales support at inforservice@magix.net can send you a downloadlink if you cannot find the correct one. Maybe try it there.
I found the solution for myself, but your response was very helpful--it was exactly what I was after. Thanks!
My solution: I got the product originally as part of a Bundle, and the Bundle site had the download link, which must have had a local copy, and so worked--and my second installation showed up on my Magix account when installed and registered.
However, since the product itself was registered on Magix site, the answer above is still the generally correct answer.
