download online version

I recently purchased the online version of Photostory Deluxe program for my Windows PC. The download program pauses with button to 'Continue' several times during the download. I have a slow internet broadband connection and the program has only been able to download 66% in the past several days. Do you have a CD or DVD for manually install the Photostory Deluxe program? If not, I would like to get a refund for this product because I am unable to complete the download for the online version. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.

You need to email infoservice@magix.net to ask the question.

In the past, Magix has offered a service where the purchaser could pay a small amount extra and opt to receive a CD/DVD of the program in addition to downloading it but I am unsure whether this option still exists.
