I have Rescue Your Video Tapes 2
At the burn DVD stage, I can choose a menu, or alternativley go to the shop and buy one - which I did.
The download location is set at the bottom of the screen along with a tick in the box 'apply media after download'.
After the download the new menu was not in the list of those available and I have a .mtp file in the right location as stated in the screen.

How can I manually get the menu to become available now that I have paid for it ??
