By online content catalog I am referring to what is mentioned on Xara Web Designer 19 Premium's product page. I would really like not to have to buy both to access everything...

My understanding is that the Online Catalogue is freely available to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase. Hence, the advice is to download ALL its content as soon as the purchase is made. Once downloaded it will always be available to the user on his own computer.
After that period of 12 months the catalogue can be accessed to download only if the user chooses to buy and extend his Update Service for an additional year.

That isn't what I asked. I want to know if Designer Pro X actually includes the catalog in the first place.
