I have video taken on a yacht and need anti shake effects to cope with the movement

For video image optimization a picture stabilization feature is included in MEP15.

Yes, right-click on the video track and select "Image Stabilization". Usually, the default settings work fine, so you can just click the "Perform Stabilization" button and it will do the trick. Watch the first part of my "Wobbly Camera Effect" video and it shows just how to do this part.
