Does Samplitude Music Studio 2014 have Elastic Audio?

One of the features I loved on Samplitude Music Studio 2010 was Elastic Audio.  I loved the control it gave me in manipulating a solo voice.  Since I just bought a new PC, Samplitude wouldn't work, so, I had to also buy a new 2014 version. And, I can't find Elastic Audio!!!  Help!  They do have a vocal tuner, but I just miss the control Elastic Audio gave me... any suggestions would be appreciated!

I, too, have been searching for this feature while testing out the trial version. I am very disappointed that it seems to have been removed, and I will not be purchasing the program because of it. I am currently on the lookout for the 2013 version for sale, which supposedly still contains Elastic Audio.

One would hope that updates are additive not subtractive or at least advertised as features no longer included. One also hopes to be able to delete previous versions too, not hang on to them for one missing favourite feature. When a feature is deleted it should be at least  be preserved as an optional plugin for those who still want it. I have become increasingly wary of updates as a result. I miss the text to speech option too and am very curious about ' elastic audio' sounds intriguing!

Hi Artist3d,

I think that the problem was that Elastic Audio was a third party program. I never had the version with this.

Was this not replaced by Vocal Tune in SMS and MMM? Probably not as powerful, but it works.

I see that in the new version, out in the UK, that there is a Vocal Tune 2, allowing you to quickly and precisely correct sour notes in vocal recordings, according to the advert.

I'm waiting to see what this does.
