It is not about support of interface it is ASIO driver. Example in Music Maker, I got a choice to choose from various ASIO driver even when I connect my Tascam US-122 MKII audio interface I can choose it as driver. Therefore, in Samplitue 2014 they do got ASIO driver support (as per one website)
and you should be able to use audio interface. It is always better to download trial version before you buy.
