Does not install the free music maker software

Every time I try to install the free software at the very first step the installation stops and when I press continue it continues the installation for at least a second and then immediately stops the installation again so the software is never installed. What is the reason? I have downloaded the software many times but never installed the software. what can be done?

@rachel-shterenberg I suspect it's blocked by the firewall. You can try to add a firewall rule that allows the download manager to download the files, or try to disable the firewall temporarily.
