Does MAGIX have any customer support? If so how do I contact?

I purchased MAGIX Xtreme PhotoStory on CD & DVD 8 Deluxe. I have encountered 4 serious problems. I have submitted problem reports, nobody answered them. I tried to call the number on my invoice, the line was disconnected. I tried to call the number for Tech Support that I found on the Web a dozen time but always get the same recording. "We are busy, call back later." I still have the software and currently one long project that I can't work on anymore due to one of the problems I talked about.

I have now purchased Sony Vegas and am using it for newer projects. I have had 2 questions so far and submitted an email. They answered in less than 24 hours. Now that's customer support.
