does any body understand this burn error message I cant figure out whats wrong

Hi

The error reported on the line below indicates the disc may be faulty.

Have you tried another disc?  Ensure that the disc surface is free from marks and fingerprints.

Also if you have Nero or some other burning software, use it to do a full erase of the disc before trying to re-use it.

Somewhat similar error had occured couple of times on my system. Now as a work around I use 'encode in directory' function of Magix Video Pro X3 and create an image file on the hard disc. Finally I use those one of the free softwares like Ashampoo 6 free to write the discs. try it out. All the best.
