If you got purchased download version of MMM 17, first install the program then download extra free contents from the Magix website to make it fully functional program. During download you will also get soundpool.

If you got purchased boxed version MMM 17 then it should install all soundpools.

To use full features in MMM 17 you should turn off Easy Mode, look at top left there is a Magix Logo under that there are two buttons click on the right side.

It is strange if program ask you for MMM 17 Premium. Are you using demo version?

Just take a look at this tutorial it will also help you.

If I read your post correctly you appear to be trying to add Music Maker sound packages to  Movies on DVD - this is not possible.

You need the correct sound collections for the software you are using.
