Disk Burn error #10

When I go to burn my project to a Disk i get and error message 10 and to call Magix when ask to authenticate MPV2. How do I solve this where do I call, why do I get the message. using Photostory 2015 Deluxe.

Assuming you mean MPG2 then error -10 means there was an online connection error the connection was dropped or interrupted.

What version of Windows and Antivirus program are you using?
