I appreciate your dilema.  In order to best help you, I really need to understand how you are actually trying to upload your site to a godaddy hosting account.  So for example are you going through Xara Web Designer's "automated" ftp upload, or are you exporting your site to a directory and then using the godaddy ftp tool to drag and drop your exported site?  I too have a number of godaddy hosting sites and how you upload, and page title file names etc., can determine if your site will actually be visible as intended or not.
