difference between xara web designer prem and xara designer pro

I keep getting renewal notices about many of the products carried. But I use Xara web designer premium and have had the other program Xara designer pro x 16 but upgraded to current web designer prem. Just which is the correct program for doing websites??

Both software can be used all of them. xara premium web specifically for creating web based html + css, while xara pro designer in addition to being able to create a website, it is also possible to make presentations, edit photos or even to create vectors at once.

Hi,

Further to what Afivia mentioned:

Xara Designer Pro X = Photo & Graphics Designer + Web Designer Premium + Page & Layout Designer

all in one. If you have Xara Designer Pro X, you definitely don't need Web Designer Premium as it's already included.

I have not been able to find where to contact support, having issues with Xara Web Designer Premium. I attempt to go to online items to make changes to a web page but keep getting error message. Now Can not find support to get it fixed.even the error doesn't give information about where to send it and how.

To contact Support use the Support header on any forum page, choose "Photo & Design" on the first page that opens, then your product and proceed from there. Follow the links, always choosing to "Ask/Contact Support". often found at the foot of the page.

I presume that you mean that you get this timeout error when you are trying to connect to the Online Content Catalog (OCC). This has been an on-going problem for more than a year. Keep trying to get in (use the shortcut). Sometimes it has taken me a dozen attempts before getting in, other times I get in first time.

Raise a ticket with Magix and let them know that you are another user who has this well-know problem. Do not let them give you a run-around - they know this problem exists - it is not your computer that has the problem. There are many threads about this problem in the forum if you look.

I just tried and I got into the OCC on the 14th try.
