Detailed help required

I am running the trial version of Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus. I have used Pinnacle for some years but have had many problems keeping the software running. MEP15P is along the lines of Pinnacle but I find the help informs one what the 'buttons' do but Help does not tell me HOW to do things. I would like to speak to someone one on one as I have many questions. I just cannot get this program working. Is there not a .pdf manual for this program on how to do things?

There is a pdf manual but I don't know if it's accessible with the trial version or not. If you plan on buying the program I recommend buying a hard copy from Staples or wherever else you can find it as opposed to a download version. I purchased a hard copy of Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus quite some time ago and I am extremely satisifed with it.
But quite frankly, I don't find that any help files are comprehensive enough, no matter what program you have. With the exception of a high-end music program called "Reason" I've never been satisfied with so-called "help" manuals. Besides, I've found that exploring things on my own is often the best way to learn. In any case, if you have some specific questions... I would be happy to try and answer them.
