But I want to send document as body of the e-mail in batch mode, the same 'share' feature MS Publisher has. Any help in this issue will be appreciated.
. . . . I want to send document as body of the e-mail in batch mode . . . .
The methods available to you are under the Share menu item in Web Designer, they do not AFAICS contain email as a method and neither can Web Designer be used for document merging as Publisher can.
Your chose your product as Web Designer when you posted your question. Are you now saying you actually have Photo and Graphic Designer or even Designer Pro? If so, this thread is in the wrong forum area and so I will move it.
MS Publisher is a MicroSoft product. It and other MS products have a Share feature that does share documents with other MS products, like Outlook, for sending an email. Xara DPX is not a MicroSoft product. It too has a Share feature that is quite different from MS. Just because a program has a Share feature does not mean that it does the same thing as another program. Thus Xara's Share feature is not the same as in MS Publisher.
Word also has a Share feature. If you try it, you'll see that you are either sending a link to the doc file, or sending a copy either in doc or pdf format. Nowhere do I see embedding the document in the email body. To do this, I would simply copy the contents and paste it in the email.
Click on Share in Xara. Do you see anything that suggests putting the document or image or web page in an email? No.
In Xara, you can select All from a web page or document, copy to clipboard and paste it in an email; page by page. Of course, you will get everything as an image - you can't run the email like a web site.
If you just have a document, then export it to pdf or Word and send it.
What exactly do you want to send - a document or a web page?
Create one page document with pictures, links etc. and send it to the prospective clients in the body of the e-mail. This is what I am trying to achieve.
And we keep telling you that you either do a copy all/paste from Xara to your email or you export the document to .docx or .pdf and send it. There is nothing else. Copy/paste takes a couple of seconds.
There is no further point in discussing this issue - you have already been told four times that what you want to do is not possible, and the alternative methods that are available to you.
As this discussion can go no further I will close this topic.
