The applicaion ha claimed it is full what does that mean. as you can see I am not real saavy with this

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by full. Could you type the complete sentence that you saw that uses the word full. Without more information the only thing I can think of is that you are getting the full version and not a version with reduced functionality.

That is all it states is "the application is full". Also the other thing occurring is a statement comes in the middle of use of designer 7 "Zudgriftsverletzung bei addresse 005B0504 in Modul 11 photo designer.exe. Lese Von addresse 2000003. Another stent meant I receive is "externe exception EEFace." Both of these freeze my computer and I have to completely turn PC off to shut it down.
