Hi and welcome to the forum.

Assuming this is not a new install, do you mean:

  1. Local Design Gallery - have this been minimised and is now parked on the right edge of the program pane as shown below

    Or

  2. Online Content Catalog is not available - if the Update Service subscription is has expired you should be taken to a Magix web page to renew the Update Service - without a current subscription you are restricted to what is available in the Local Design Gallery.

If neither of the above then we need more details:

  • the version number of Web Designer as found under Help, About . . .

  • What changed between the gallery being available and not ie program update, Windows update etc?

  • Any other information eg screenshots, any error messages etc - see this topic for other details that may be required - eg your computer specification.

Hi,

This happens to me occasionally, Local designs Gallery disappears from the right hand bar. Under Utilities, Galleries, click on Fly-out bar to turn it off. Do it again to turn it on. The Local Designs Gallery should now show up.

Hello and Thank You for the welcome.
I am sorry to jump in like this being my 1st post, but I have never had an issue with any XARA products until now.
Not even sure what year it was when I first bought Menu Maker then later 3D Maker , Photo & Graphic Designer 9
and 3 diff Web Designers MX , 9 Premium and Premium

About says
Xara Web Designer Premium 16.3.0.57723  DL x64 Oct 25 2019
I have a reciept saying

Renew Update Service – 1 year
Web Designer Premium

The Update Service for your product with serial number
********* has been extended
until 01/05/2020.

Right Side menu now missing

using New from Content Catalog shows popup in shot below.

Guess I should check Photo & Graphic Designer.

Thanks All

@rick-vloet

Did you go to Utilities and turn on the Designs Gallery?

Yes, thank you John.
It was turned on but I switched it a few times to be sure.

Thank you

@rick-vloet

Can you post a screen shot of what your screen looks like when the Designs Gallery is supposed to be on, that is, after you've toggled it off and on?

Thank you it is fixed now but I can say the screen looked the same on or off, nothing to the right of the Page and Layer Gallery. On another note I had few pages open before this happened that have seemed to disappear as they are not even in the backup directory.
To fix the Menu; I had to uninstall and extensively reg clean, once installed with a fresh download the menu reappeared as normal.
I didn't expect a fresh download to need an update and was weary about it but I let it go and things still looked good afterwards.
I am not sure what happened with the menu or the pages I was working on but now that the menu is back I can redo the pages.
Thank you both for all your help.
