Declining Prepaid Card

Hello,

The card I used is not accepted as a payment option for the purchase of SoundPools so I went and got a quick prepaid MasterCard, thinking that this would solve the problem.

I went to use it to purchase a soundpool and typed in all the information correctly and got declined.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to get this to work or does Magix not accept prepaid cards?

Hi

This is a user to user forum not Magix support or sales, you need to contact Magix for any issues with payments.

Technically a prepaid card is a debit card, not a credit card.
