Deactivating devices when email address has changed

Hello,

I have to de-activate a device so I can activate DVD-Architect. However, I have forgotten the password and my email address has changed, so you cannot send me a reset password link. My email address was changed

From: ********

To: **********, the one I am now using.

Is there any way you can change the email address on the activation page so I can de-activate one of my devices?

Hi

In addition to @PATIENT-X comment, further posts for DVD Architect, which is a Vegas Creative Software program, should be made in the Vegas Community forum, link is at the bottom of this page, Add-ons category.
