Hello, I want to publish a site for arts, with plenty of addresses and similar film's names. Is there any way I could use the Microsoft Access or Excel to create a database, instead of repeating the same details over and over again? If not, what would be the alternatives?

Assuming you mean you want the website to read data from a backend database or spreadsheet then you need PHP based website pages and MySQL backend database for this functionality. Xara Web Designer supports none of these
Access and Excel are not good enough or secure, and are not provided by any hosting company I know of.

Thanks again John, so I'll just give up on the idea. As I'm quite comfortable with Xara package, I'll just copy and paste what I need. This way I will save money contracting someone to develop the site and having to learn all the instructions on how to update data. And having to rely on someone everytime I need to change any aspect of the site.
