Customer Service? Where is it?

Got Magix Movie Edit Pro 15, then got a new pc with windows 7. Wouldn't take my activation code. Apparently I need a new one. Can I get customer service on the phone? Have they answered any of my emails for nearly a week? Answer, No and No. So, are they forcing me to buy again? And if I do, will it be guaranteed to activate on windows 7. They proudly boast it works on windows 7 and how much "support" they have. I have always used this prog, always bought updates, even some of the other things too. Spent a lot. My reward? No answer.

So does anybody have any answers out there???

who did you email

I had a recent problem with MM16 & MEP15 failing to load properly. I emailed support... heres the link http://support.magix.net and after a few emails back and forth the problem was sorted within a couple of days. Also there is a lot of self help on these pages from other users ... I'm pretty sure I've come across similar activation problems on these pages - there may be something useful. hope that helps.

I'm dealing with the exact same thing, I don't think a human actually works at Magix. In my case they sent my Pro 16 to my old address, NOT my shipping address, a month later I finally got the software. Still never could get ahold of anyone by phone the problem was solved with alot of time and e-mails. That's my biggest peeve with Magix.
