CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never seen anything like this company. I can't help but feel like I'm being mislead down rabbit holes that lead no where. There is obviously a reason for it, if you can't find the info you get screwed for another year. I want to cancel my service, yet no where can I find a hint of how. Then I read it can take 28 days yet no link to any help. 28 Days? Are you kidding me? Your telling me that porn sites are more user friendly than a "Technology" site that is so up to date? This is pathetic, and feels like a scam.

@Timothy-Wilson

Hi

In your email confirming your subscription, there should be details of how to contact Magix and cancel.

Alternatively using the Search feature of the forum, would have resulted in many posts on the same topic with the same information on how to do this - ie email infoservice@magix.net.

Do be aware that when the subscription ends you will no longer have access to the program or items you subscribed to.
