@RPlacek

Hi

. . . . is there a way to create a new collage . . . .

Yes and no - most collages are constructed using the Size, Position & Rotation effect and animating these using keyframes, however the main issue is that you are limited to the 4 tracks below the audio track to create the collage, however you cannot save the collage as a preset in Photostory.

. . . . or edit an existing preloaded one . . . .

This is possible - referring to the image below - Scroll down to the collage objects on tracks 5 to 8:

  1. Select the image/video you want to change
  2. Select effect name (it will be blue as seen in the image) then select the keyframe to edit
  3. Change the Size, Position & Rotation effect parameters as required for the keyframe

    Repeat steps 2 and 3 for other keyframes associated with the selected object of the collage, and steps 1 - 3 for other objects in the collage.

Other effects such as Brightness, Colour saturation etc may also be applied to the effects and can also be modified, or added, and be keyframed

I would suggest examine and practice the above on several collages to understand the way they work

Thanks for the information I'll practice a little first. Do you know if there are any plugins that could be purchased with more collages?
