Create slideshow in 16:9 format ... I've done something wrong!

Over the last few days, I've taken loads of photos on my iPhone SE 2020, all in 16:9 format. I've just created a slideshow using these photos but in the finished project the photos don't fill my 16:9 tv screen. I'm wondering what I've done wrong and how I can fix this? When I took the photos in 16:9, I just assumed that that's how they'd upload to Photostory in that format. On my tv they all look like 4:3 photos.

I hope someone's able to help me.

Hi Jenny.

You need to check the setting highlighted in my screenshot below, which you can find under File>Settings>Project (shortcut E). Make sure the box is ticked.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Jeff. I definitely had those two boxes ticked but the problem remains. I've attached a photo of what I'm seeing on my tv screen while the project is playing. I use ACDSee to manage my photos and the dimensions of the attached photo are 2365 x 1330 (3.1 MP) while the dimensions of the original photo on the screen are 4032 x 3024 (12.2 MP). The two pictures are different sizes on my iPhone screen.
